XNRGY is seeking a hands-on HR Business Partner, Second Shift to support our growing manufacturing operations in Mesa, Arizona. This role will serve as the primary HR partner for second shift employees and leaders, ensuring consistent communication, support, accountability, and employee relations coverage outside of day shift hours.

This is not an HR role that can be done entirely from an office. It requires regular presence
