HSE Specialist (2nd Shift)

We are excited to announce the expansion of our chiller manufacturing facility in Mesa, Arizona. This expansion reflects our commitment to growth and innovation in the climate solutions industry. As part of this growth in the US, XNRGY is seeking a qualified HSE Specialist to join its team full-time. Reporting to the HSE Manager, the HSE Specialist will get the opportunity to experience refining a brand new 330,000 sqft facility. In addition, you will be responsible for assisting in the development and implementation of an ISO Based Health, Safety, and Environmental Management System.

This position’s focus is on second shift, with working hours noon – 9 pm, M – F.

An overview of your responsibilities:
• System and Program Development: Implement, and maintain our HSE System along with policies, procedures, and programs in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
• Training and Education: Develop and maintain our HSE learning and development program for all employees.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with production, engineering, facilities, materials, and HR departments to promote a culture of safety and health throughout the organization.
• Risk Assessment: review and generate risk assessments and safety audits to identify potential hazards and implement corrective actions to mitigate risks.
