Lead Field Service Technician - Chillers
Work on Next-Gen AI Data Center Cooling Systems
XNRGY Climate Systems designs and manufactures advanced cooling systems for data centers and other mission-critical environments. Our Field Operations team commissions oil-free centrifugal chillers, computer room air handlers (CRAHs), and fan arrays at customer sites across North America.
About the Role

• Flights are used instead of long drives, and private accommodations are provided
• The work schedule is published in advance
• Field assignments may include active construction sites and live data centers
Why Join
• Work hands-on with oil-free centrifugal chillers, variable frequency drives, two-tier controls, CRAHs, and fan arrays

• Document Work: Complete commissioning records and field reports with readings, photographs, signatures, unit and activity details, deficiencies, and issue tracking
• Lead and Mentor: Assign crew work, maintain quality standards, supervise service partners, and mentor technicians
• Manage Scope: Identify work outside the sold scope before performing it and report it for pricing
