Position Overview

The Manager, Supplier Quality Engineering is responsible for leading plant-level supplier quality activities and protecting manufacturing operations from supplier-related quality disruptions.

This role leads and develops the Supplier Quality Engineering team while establishing the processes, priorities, and escalation mechanisms necessary to ensure supplier quality, production continuity, and continuous improvement.

The Manager will oversee supplier quality performance, containment and corrective action activities, supplier risk mitigation, and supplier development initiatives.
