As XNRGY continues expanding its manufacturing operations, we are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Excellence Engineer to lead the development, implementation, and standardization of Lean manufacturing practices and continuous improvement initiatives across our operations.
Reporting to the Manufacturing Engineering Manager, this position will serve as a key technical and functional leader in optimizing manufacturing processes, establishing best practices, and driving sustainable improvements in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
