As part of our continued growth in the United States, XNRGY is seeking an experienced Plant Supplier Quality Engineer to join our team in Mesa, Arizona.

Position Overview

The Plant Supplier Quality Engineer protects plant operations from supplier-related quality disruptions and ensures production continuity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

This position serves as the first line of defense between incoming supplier material and production. The Plant QE will monitor supplier quality performance, lead containment activities, investigate supplier-related non-conformances, drive corrective actions, and proactively identify supplier risks before they impact production.

Working cross-functionally with Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement/Sourcing, Corporate Supplier Quality, and external suppliers, this individual will play a critical role in preventing line stoppages and continuously improving s
