Senior Manager, Agile Delivery & Change Enablement

The Senior Manager, Agile Delivery & Change Enablement, is responsible for creating an environment that enables business transformation teams to deliver meaningful outcomes. This role serves as a servant leader, coach, and facilitator across the organization, helping teams remove obstacles, improve ways of working, accelerate adoption, and realize business value from transformational initiatives.

This leader works alongside Value Stream Owners, SMEs, IT teams, and business leaders to strengthen delivery practices, improve team effectiveness, drive organizational readiness, and ensure sustainable adoption of new processes, technologies, and operating models.

The role also leads XNRGY's Change Management, Communications, Training, and Enablement capabilities, ensuring employees have the knowledge, support, and confidence required to embrace change successfully.

Key Responsibilities

Agile Delivery & Continuous Improvement

· Champion Agile, Lean, and continuous improvement practices across transformation initiatives.

· Facilitate planning sessions, workshops, retrospectives, and cross-functional alignment activities.

· Identify and remove organizational impediments that slow progress or create unnecessary complexity.

· Support portfolio governance and prioritization processes to ensure resources focus on the highest-value opportunities.

Team Effectiveness, Engagement & Culture

· Create an environment where teams can thrive and perform at their best.

· Build trust and collaboration across business and technology teams.

· Protect teams from unnecessary distractions, competing priorities, and organizational friction.

· Coach leaders, managers, and teams on organizational agility and transformational leadership.

· Promote a culture of accountability, ownership, transparency, and learning.

Organizational Change Management, Communications, Training & Enablement Leadership

Lead a dedicated team responsible for organizational readiness and workforce enablement ensuring lasting behavior and process change and building organizational capability at scale.

Delivery Support & Transformation Governance

· Partner with Value Stream Owners and business leaders to align transformation efforts with strategic objectives.

· Facilitate governance forums and transformation reviews.

· Track transformation KPIs, adoption metrics, and value realization outcomes.

· Ensure cross-functional dependencies are identified and managed proactively.

· Support executive reporting and transformation communications.

· Challenge processes and organizational barriers that impede delivery or adoption.

· Contribute to the evolution of the Business Transformation Office (BTO) operating model.

Qualifications

Required

· Manufacturing or industrial operations experience.

· 8+ years of experience in Agile Delivery, Program Management, Organizational Change Management, or Business Transformation.

· Experience with ERP, MES, PLM, Data, Automation, or Digital Transformation programs.

· Experience leading enterprise-wide transformation initiatives.

· Strong facilitation, coaching, and servant leadership skills.

Preferred

· Prosci, CCMP, Agile Coach, Scrum Master, SAFe, PMP, or equivalent certifications.

· Experience building business transformation, training, enablement, and organizational adoption functions.
