Ce poste a été créé pour soutenir la forte croissance anticipée de l'entreprise au cours des prochaines années. XNRGY prévoit un rythme de croissance supérieur à 50 % par année pour les cinq prochaines années.
Le rôle de Stagiaire en analyse des coûts // Cost Analyst Intern est stratégique dans ce contexte d'expansion. Cette fonction vise à soutenir le développement de l'organisation en contribuant à la mise en place, à l'optimisation et à la structuration des processus existants, afin d'accompagner efficacement la croissance de l'entreprise.
Relevant du contrôleur des finances de XNRGY Holdings Inc., Le Stagiaire en analyse des coûts sera en charge de réaliser des analyses de rentabilités sur les projets en cours et de voir à la bonne comptabilisation des coûts. Il ou elle devra analyser les enjeux actuels et être en mesure d’améliorer et de bâtir de nouveaux outils permettant d’assurer un bon suivi des dépenses.
Responsabilités
Vos tâches comprendront, sans s’y limiter, aux éléments suivants :
Contribuer à l'analyse des écarts mensuels par rapport au budget dans le cadre du processus de clôture mensuelle avec les membres de l'équipe financière.
Bâtir des analyses supplémentaires en fonction des résultats mensuels afin de comprendre les écarts.
Être proactif dans la résolution de problèmes et aller à la rencontre des différents intervenants clés.
Participer à l’amélioration de la donnée financière en ciblant les enjeux et en suggérant des mesures correctives.
Faire des analyses de bilan afin de maintenir l’intégrité des données financières
Supporter le contrôleur financier dans les dossiers prioritaires
Tenir les parties concernées informées de l'évolution des projections et de leur impact sur les résultats de la compagnie.
Toute autre tâche connexe.

Baccalauréat en sciences comptables ou dans un domaine connexe
Curiosité notée en analyse d’écarts
Rigueur et esprit d’analyse développé
Joueur d'équipe proactif avec un sens des responsabilités et la capacité de travailler avec plusieurs équipes.
Aptitudes en résolution de problèmes et esprit d’initiative avec la capacité de travailler efficacement lors de la gestion de plusieurs tâches.
Connaissance d’Excel.
Excellentes compétences organisationnelles.
Français et anglais – oral et écrit.

Position Summary

In this context, the Cost Analyst Intern role is a strategic position within the organization. The successful candidate will contribute to the ongoing development of the finance function by helping optimize, improve, and structure financial processes that support the company’s expansion.
Reporting to the Financial Controller of XNRGY Holdings Inc., the Cost Analyst Intern will assist in analyzing the profitability of ongoing projects and ensuring the accurate accounting of costs. The incumbent will be expected to assess current challenges, identify opportunities for improvement, and develop tools to support effective cost tracking and financial analysis.
Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Support monthly budget-to-actual variance analysis as part of the month-end close process in collaboration with the Finance team.
Develop additional analyses to better understand and explain financial variances.
Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and collaborate with key stakeholders across the organization.
Contribute to improving the quality of financial data by identifying issues and recommending corrective actions.
Perform balance sheet account analyses to ensure the integrity of financial information.
Assist the Financial Controller with priority projects and initiatives.
Communicate updates on financial forecasts and their impact on company results to relevant stakeholders.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Candidate Profile

Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Strong interest in financial analysis and variance analysis.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proactive team player with a strong sense of accountability and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in both French and English.
