Senior Quality Assurance Engineer

As a Senior QA Engineer, you will help drive our transition toward an automation-first quality engineering approach. You will work closely with Engineering and Product teams to improve test coverage, reliability, and delivery confidence through a combination of strong testing fundamentals, automation, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities:

• Design and execute test strategies across web, mobile, API, and backend systems.
• Build, maintain, and improve automated test suites and frameworks.
• Increase automation coverage and reduce manual regression effort.
• Support integration of automated tests into CI/CD pipelines.
• Perform API, integration, regression, exploratory, and risk-based testing.
• Identify quality risks and provide recommendations to stakeholders.
• Contribute to QA standards, best practices, and process improvements.
• Mentor team members and promote a quality-first engineering culture.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in software testing (manual and automation).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, or Appium.
• Experience building or improving automation frameworks.
• Experience with API testing and automation.
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines.
