At XYZ Reality we've created the world's first engineering-grade Augmented Reality solution for construction. Our product, The Atom, is used on major projects worldwide to help construction teams build more accurately, efficiently and with fewer mistakes.

As a Series B business scaling across the UK, US and Europe, we're looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to help build the business teams behind our next stage of growth, from HR, Finance and Legal to Marketing, Commercial and leadership roles.

THE ROLE

You'll own hiring across a broad range of business functions globally, partnering with leaders across HR, Finance, Legal, Marketing and Commercial, and supporting leadership hires as we grow. You'll work alongside our Talent Acquisition Partner - Technology as part of a small, high-impact TA team, reporting to our Head of Talent Acquisition.

This isn't a role focused on processing applications. You'll proactively find and engage the strongest people in the market, many of whom aren't actively looking, and advise hiring managers on what great looks like, where to find it and how to secure it.<
