The Medical Assistant will play a key role in maintaining high-quality documentation and supporting the end-to-end billing workflow, ensuring both compliance and accuracy across our operations.

Role Overview

We are seeking licensed medical professionals and pharmacists to join AllCare’s Clinic Operations & Billing team in supporting our U.S.-based Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Medical Assistants.

In this role, you will focus on charting, documentation, and billing accuracy — ensuring that patient encounters are properly recorded, claims are correctly processed, and care delivery is seamlessly documented within our EMR systems.
