Your New Role
Based in Tyler, TX, you’ll lead residential trenchless sewer rehabilitation and pipe lining projects throughout the local service area
Inspect residential sewer and drain lines using sewer cameras and locating equipment
Diagnose pipe conditions and determine appropriate rehabilitation solutions
Prepare sewer lines for lining using hydro-jetting, descaling, root removal, milling, and other pipe preparation methods
Measure, cut, wet-out, install, and cure CIPP liners according to manufacturer specifications
Complete post-installation camera inspections and confirm the quality of completed pipe lining work
Operate and maintain sewer cameras, locators, jetters, milling equipment, lining systems, and specialty tools
Plan daily jobs and coordinate the labor, materials, equipment, and tools needed for each project
Lead and train Pipe Lining Technicians and Drain Specialists
Conduct jobsite planning and safety discussions
Follow company procedures, safety requirements, manufacturer specifications, and applicable plumbing codes
Keep accurate job records, including inspection results, photos, videos, and project documentation
Explain findings, project progress, and repair recommendations clearly to customers and management
Maintain company vehicles and assigned equipment
Assist with sewer replacements, water service replacements, under-slab repairs, water heater installations, tankless water heaters, filtration systems, excavation, and other residential plumbing projects when needed

At least 3 years of experience in plumbing, sewer repair, drain cleaning, or related plumbing services
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with residential trenchless pipe rehabilitation or pipe lining
Demonstrated ability to independently complete residential pipe lining work
Working knowledge of residential sewer and drain systems
Experience with sewer camera inspections and locating equipment
Experience diagnosing residential sewer and drain problems
Experience with hydro-jetting, drain cleaning, and sewer line preparation
Ability to lead projects, communicate clearly, and train or support other technicians
Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record
Ability to lift and carry more than 75 pounds as required to perform job duties
Ability to perform job duties in crawl spaces, trenches, confined spaces, and outdoor environments
Ability to stand, bend, kneel, crawl, and climb as required throughout the workday
1 year of CIPP pipe lining experience is required
Experience with chain knockers, descaling equipment, robotic cutting equipment, milling equipment, or other trenchless rehabilitation tools preferred
Previous crew leadership or project supervision experience preferred
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate job documentation
