About the Role 

The Regional Operations Training Lead is responsible for delivering and continuously improving the Operations training program across the assigned region. The role provides onboarding and role-based training, develops and maintains training content, facilitates classroom, virtual, practical, and on-the-job learning, conducts operational drills, and performs oral qualification boards. The role also ensures training and qualification records are complete and that dashboards provide clear visibility of completion, qualification progress, overdue requirements, and regional training gaps.
