What You'll Do    The Apartment Manager is responsible for the day-to-day oversight, monitoring, and upholding of LIHTC-funded affordable housing properties. This position is assigned to provide on-site services and management at Family Village Redmond (20 units) and Passage Point (44 units). The purpose of the Apartment Manager role is to support residents in understanding and abiding by their lease expectations, while ensuring the property environment remains safe, well-maintained, and responsive to the needs of the residents. Responsibilities include the full scope of resident lease compliance, property standards, and landlord tenant adherence.
