Digital Consultant, CPQ/Logik
ABOUT THE JOB
The Digital Consultant, CPQ, reporting to the Director, Technology Consulting, plays an important role in delivering Quote-to-Cash solutions for Zaelab's enterprise clients. This role supports the design, configuration, and implementation of CPQ, product configuration, pricing, and ordering workflows across platforms such as ServiceNow (Logik.ai) and adjacent commerce ecosystems.
You will work alongside senior consultants and architects to execute CPQ implementations, develop technical solutions, and contribute to client success. This is an excellent opportunity to deepen your CPQ expertise while working on complex, high-impact projects in a collaborative consulting environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution & Project Delivery:
- Support the delivery of CPQ and Quote-to-Cash initiatives, contributing to solution design, configuration, and implementation.
- Participate in client-facing discussions, solution reviews, and technical problem-solving sessions.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure delivery milestones are met with quality and consistency.
Solution Design & Configuration:
- Assist in designing Quote-to-Cash processes, including product modeling, pricing strategies, discounting, approvals, and order fulfillment workflows.
