Job Description
The DevOps Lead Engineer is responsible for leading enterprise DevOps transformation initiatives with a primary focus on AWS cloud platforms. This role is responsible for architecting, implementing, and governing CI/CD pipelines, Infrastructure as Code (IaC) frameworks, container orchestration platforms, automation strategies, and cloud-native DevOps solutions across multi-cloud environments. The position provides technical leadership to accelerate software delivery, improve operational efficiency, and drive continuous improvement while ensuring security, reliability, scalability, and compliance.
Responsibilities:
DevOps Strategy & Leadership
- Define and execute the enterprise DevOps strategy, establishing standards, design patterns, and best practices for CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, platform engineering, and cloud operations across AWS and multi-cloud environments.
CI/CD Pipeline Architecture & Automation
- Lead the design and implementation of enterprise-scale CI/CD pipelines using AWS CodePipeline, AWS CodeBuild, AWS CodeDeploy, Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps Pipelines, and related automation platforms, enabling secure, reliable, and efficient software delivery.
Infrastructure as Code (IaC) & Configuration Management
- Design and implement scalable Infrastructure as Code frameworks using Terraform, AWS CloudFormation, AWS CDK, Pulumi, and
