What you will do
As an application owner and trusted IT partner for the Supply Chain, you will:
- Be responsible for the S&OP applications in their entirety—you’ll ensure their reliability, performance, configuration, and continuous improvement.
- Lead incident resolution, change management, updates, and system maintenance within the S&OP application environment, ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
- Serve as a key technical stakeholder in this area for projects and change initiatives, ensuring the definition of changes, solution design, technical testing, data migration, and post-implementation support.
- Manage the change process in this area—assess the impact on the core configuration, plan the release schedule, and ensure the integration of changes without disrupting key S&OP processes.
- Collaborate closely with S&OP business stakeholders, key users, vendors, and IT teams to translate business needs into effective application solutions.
- Identify opportunities for automation and process optimization within the S&OP cycle (demand, supply, and integrated reconciliation planning).
- Evaluate emerging technologies relevant to S&OP and lead Proof of Concept initiatives to assess their business value.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, licenses, SLAs, budgets, and support services for the domain.

What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of experience working with technologies and applications within the S&OP.
- Strong understanding of S&OP/Supply Chain planning processes and the systems that support them.
- Experience owning or co-owning an application, including managing its baseline through project-driven change.
- Experience delivering complex projects and managing multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate business needs into practical and innovative technology solutions.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Self-driven, proactive, and capable of working independently.
- Experience with application lifecycle management, system implementations, upgrades, and vendor management is highly desirable.
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
