Head of Marketing - Data & AI (m/f/d)

AI is reshaping aviation; and zeroG is at the core of it. We are the AI experts of Lufthansa Group, building human-centric data and AI solutions that solve problems affecting millions of passengers and some of the most complex operations in the world.
We're looking for a marketing leader who can turn deep technical capability into a story the market understands and wants; someone as comfortable shaping a brand as building a team and running a data-driven plan. This role bridges the technical experts building our AI and the people who need to understand why it matters.
You'll own how zeroG is seen and understood: sharpening our positioning inside the Lufthansa Group, growing our presence in the global aviation market, and making complex AI feel clear, credible, and worth buying.
 
What you will be doing:
Scale and Lead the Marketing Hub

• Grow and coach a team across brand, content, social, digital, and product marketing; with honest feedback, clear standards, and structured ways of working.
• Define roles, collaboration models, and processes that scale with a fast-growing organization.

Own zeroG's Brand & Positioning

• Continuously develop the brand identity; logo, value propositions, and visual language (online and offline) that position zeroG as an AI and data partner for aviation organizations globally.
