Job description
As a member of our Corporate Law & Compliance Group, you will play a key role in advising clients on the full range of aspects of corporate, contractual and commercial law.
Your responsibilities will include managing complex client matters, taking ownership of workstreams and coordinating project teams in close collaboration with partners. An important part of the role will be mentoring junior team members, providing day-to-day guidance and supporting their professional development.
You will make a significant contribution to corporate restructurings and transactions (M&A), corporate financing and the establishment & operation of legal entities. Your advisory work will extend to civil and commercial contract matters, contracts, as well as consumer and market regulation at both wholesale and retail levels.
