Job Description
- Lead the delivery and operation of enterprise Data Analytics Platforms including Posit, Tableau Cloud, and Spotfire.
- Act as the primary interface between business stakeholders, Product Owners, Technical Leads, offshore development teams, CloudOps, and QA teams.
- Drive platform enhancements, onboarding, support, and adoption using an Agile product delivery model.
- Work directly with Clinical and Commercial stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into actionable platform improvements.
- Demonstrate proactive, effective, and assertive communication to drive decisions, resolve issues, manage stakeholders, and ensure timely execution across cross-functional teams.
- Ensure platform services are delivered effectively within a regulated pharmaceutical environment.
Requirements
- Good experience in AWS services: EKS, EC2, S3
- Argo CD for application deployment and GitOps workflows
- DevOps and CI/CD pipeline implementation and management
- Cloud infrastructure and platform operations
- Cloud security best practices
- Any one Analytics platform(Tableau/Spotfire/Posit) - Nice to have. We can train if the candidate is strong in other areas.
Project Management
- Jira for backlog and project tracking
- Experience working in Agile Scrum
