About the Role.
This is a great opportunity to join Zilch’s Risk team in a role that helps shape an important part of the customer lifecycle. As Collections Strategy Analyst, you will support how Zilch manages customers in arrears, improves recovery outcomes, and balances performance with fair and effective customer treatment.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Collections Strategy, this role will be focused on using data to find opportunities, develop practical recommendations, and help deliver improvements across the full collections journey. You’ll work across early arrears, later-stage collections, external partner activity, and recoveries, building a strong understanding of what drives performance and where we can improve.
