Das erwartet dich bei uns

Responsibility for Project Engineering:

• Disciplinary management of project engineering employees.
• Planning, execution and implementation of all assigned customer projects in accordance with budgeted and agreed costs and milestones. This includes ownership and responsibility for all high-level technical communication and documentation.
• Development of KPIs and reporting indicators for project progress, risk management, earned value. Frequent monitoring and reporting of the project status in coordination with the responsible lead engineers, project engineers, and program managers.
• Creation, optimization and completion of processes. Introduction of common standards, design principles and regulations for increasing efficiency and effectivity of Project Engineering.
• Responsibility for doing everything possible to keep company technical ratings positive. Timely upload and coordination on aircraft level documentation and tools. 
• Leading the technical content creation for customer bids, and ensuring that the system level documentation are kept accurate and up to date. Using requirements-based engineering for the project/product. Leading internal technical quality checks (eg. pre-CDR) before customer gates.
