National Retail Account Manager

🛒 Help build ZOE’s physical Retail presence from the ground up.

ZOE has built a world-class personalised health product, and now we’re taking our physical products into retail. We’re looking for a National Retail Account Manager with an FMCG or Consumer Health background to help turn that ambition into reality, owning retailer relationships, product launches, vendor setups, and trading performance that will shape how ZOE shows up on physical shelves.

You’ll have the opportunity to build how we work with retailers from the ground up, sitting within our Supply Chain & Operations team while collaborating across Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and Logistics to make things happen. If you’re commercially minded, operationally sharp, assertive in negotiations, and excited by hands-on retail launch execution, this is your opportunity to have a real impact.
