Senior Operations Associate
Ready to help take ZOE global?
We’re expanding fast beyond our direct-to-consumer origins and taking our iconic products, like the Daily30 and Gut Health Bars, into new international markets and retail channels. But launching in new countries and landing on retail shelves isn't just about big ideas; it takes flawless operational execution.
If you are a detail-oriented, proactive ops professional who loves turning complex expansion plans into smooth, repeatable launches, this is your invitation to help build the backbone of ZOE's global growth.
Why This Role?
Over the next 6–12 months, ZOE is stepping into a higher gear. Moving into physical retail and new geographic territories introduces complex cross-border logistics, strict retail routing guides, specialised packaging rules, and intricate supply chain dependencies.
As our Ops Associate, you won't just be following a script, you will turn high-level expansion strategy into executable launch checklists. You will own the operational follow-through that keeps our products moving, our inventory accurate, and our launches on schedule. If you thrive on bringing clarity to complexity and want a role where your work directly powers company growth, this is it.
