About the Role:
Are you a skilled mechanic with a knack for customer interaction? As a customer facing Repair Mechanic in Manchester, you'll be the face of our workshop, providing expert repair services to our valued courier riders. You'll manage appointments, handle walk-in repairs, and may occasionally provide roadside assistance. If you combine exceptional mechanical skills with outstanding customer service abilities and thrive in a dynamic environment, this is the perfect opportunity to make a real impact.
