eCommerce Operations Specialist

About the role and about You:
You love getting the details right and seeing your work go live. As our Ecommerce Operations Specialist, you’ll help keep our online stores accurate, organized, and running smoothly. Your work will include building product listings, setting up promotions, and maintaining our catalogs. You’ll help customers find and purchase the products they need to get started with Zwift and keep riding.
You’ll turn plans into polished shopping experiences, working with teammates to make sure products and promotions launch correctly and on time. Success means customers find accurate product information, discounts work as expected, and the team can count on you to follow through. If you enjoy hands-on work, clear priorities, and the satisfaction of a well-executed launch, you’ll feel at home in this role.
What you’ll do:
- Execute day-to-day updates across our Shopify stores, keeping store content and settings accurate and current.
- Build and maintain product listings, using supplied, approved copy, images, pricing, and product specifications, including accurate variant setup.
- Keep catalogs and collections organized so customers can easily browse and find the right products.
