2WP Senior Hardware Module Developer
Summary
This role involves hardware design analysis, circuit design, component selection, and coordinating product testing. The developer will work with analog, digital, and power electronics, embedded systems, and communication protocols like CAN, LIN, and Ethernet.
1. Understanding customer requirements
2. Hardware design analysis, circuit design
3. Doing component level and product level compatibility analysis, component selection, EBOM
4. Co-ordination of Product level EMC & Reliability testing
5. Creating technical customer documents & Test reports
6. Interactions with plant for production related supports
7. Coordination’s with Software, Mechanical and other validation teams
Required Skill Set:
1. Good knowledge in Analog, Digital circuits, Power Electronics design
2. Electronic component level assessment: Compatibility check & Design Calculations
3. Knowledge in Embedded System, PCB Layout, Product level mechanical aspects
4. Hands-on experience in lab equipment’s and tools: CAN, LIN, Ethernet
5. Knowledge in product production processes6. Stakeholder Management: Handling OEM queries and interaction with Sales, Plant, suppliers and customers(internal & OEMs)
