AC Technician

- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of HVAC, refrigeration, and ventilation equipment.
- Inspect, troubleshoot, and repair chillers, AHUs, FCUs, cold rooms, refrigeration units, and related systems.
- Respond promptly to guest requests and engineering work orders to ensure uninterrupted comfort and service.
- Support installation, servicing, and commissioning of HVAC equipment.
- Maintain maintenance records, logs, and engineering documentation.
- Adhere to safety standards, environmental practices, and energy conservation initiatives.
- Minimum 3 years of HVAC maintenance experience in a hotel, resort, or large commercial environment.
- Technical certification (ITI/HVAC/Refrigeration Engineering) preferred.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Previous Maldives resort experience is an advantage.
