Account Executive

On behalf of our client, we are looking for a Account Executive:

Level: medior/senior

Location: In Office, Belgrade, Serbia

Model of work: Full-time | Permanent Contract

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain professional communication with existing clients, providing expert assistance and advice on insurance matters;
• Contact prospective clients and discuss their insurance needs and arrangements;
• Collect and process information required for insurance;
• Analyze clients’ requests for insurance coverage;
• Prepare information and submit requests for quotations to insurance companies;
• Communicate and negotiate with insurance companies to finalize quotations;
• Prepare comparisons of insurance quotations, including recommendations for clients;
• Review and select insurance policies arranged for clients;
• Update records of issued policies in the internal database;
• Monitor premium payments and verify commission calculations for issued policies;
• Monitor policies throughout their term and assist clients with claims when needed;
• Maintain knowledge of insurance terms and conditions and keep track of changes introduced by insurance companies;
• Perform other insurance-related duties as assigned by the employer.

Required Qualifications

• University degree in economics, law or engineering;
• Proficiency in Windows OS and Microsoft Office 365;
• Good knowledge of Serbian and English;
• Completed basic training in non-life insurance;
• Category B driving licence and practical driving experience;
• Strong communication skills, flexibility, willingness to take on challenges and a team-oriented approach;
• An insurance brokerage licence issued by the National Bank of Serbia (NBS), whether active or inactive, is an advantage.
