This is an ideal opportunity for an entrepreneurial commercial leader who combines strategic vision, strong relationship management, and a results-driven approach to enterprise AI

Accountabilities:

  • Develop and execute the go-to-market strategy for the strategic AI partnership in collaboration with AI GTM leadership, defining annual plans, priority market segments, target accounts, solution offerings, pipeline objectives, enablement initiatives, and success metrics.

  • Serve as the primary relationship lead for technology partner stakeholders across partnerships, field sales, solution engineering, product, and executive leadership, building trusted relationships that support long-term commercial growth.

  • Collaborate with internal practice leaders to define, package, and commercialize market-ready solutions built around Claude and agentic AI capabilities.

  • Develop compelling joint value propositions that connect enterprise AI capabilities with expertise in AI strategy, data platforms, operational analytics, decision intelligence, optimization, and production-grade AI implementation.

  • Drive pipeline creation and opportunity progression by coordinating account planning, pursuit strategies, demonstrations, executive briefings, client workshops, and partner-led introductions.

  • Establish and manage the operating cadence for the partnership, including pipeline reviews, quarterly business reviews, executive alignment meetings, partner touchpoints, sales enablement sessions, campaign planning, and post-delivery feedback loops.

  • Partner with marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns, webinars, industry events, thought leadership, client workshops, and account-based marketing initiatives that strengthen market positioning and generate qualified demand.

  • Develop reusable intellectual property, solution accelerators, reference architectures, implementation playbooks, and executive-level narratives that differentiate the organization's AI advisory and implementation capabilities.

  • Monitor product roadmaps, Claude capabilities, enterprise deployment patterns, AI safety and governance considerations, pricing and licensing developments, competitive dynamics, and emerging customer needs to inform commercial strategy.

  • Act as an internal champion for the technology partnership, educating consultants, account leaders, sales teams, and delivery professionals on relevant use cases, opportunity identification, and effective solution positioning.

  • Work across sales, partnerships, marketing, solution engineering, and delivery teams to align commercial priorities with technical feasibility, implementation readiness, and customer outcomes.

  • Track partnership performance through qualified pipeline, opportunity progression, win rates, revenue contribution, and client impact, continuously refining strategies to improve commercial effectiveness and scalability.

  • Requirements:

    • At least 10 years of experience in strategic alliances, go-to-market strategy, technology consulting, enterprise sales, partner sales, or related commercial leadership roles.

    • Demonstrated experience working with hyperscalers, AI model providers, modern data platforms, or comparable technology partners to develop and execute joint go-to-market initiatives.

    • Strong understanding of enterprise consulting business models, including how advisory services, implementation projects, managed services, and solution engineering engagements are positioned, sold, and delivered.

    • Proven ability to develop comprehensive go-to-market plans, account strategies, partner initiatives, business cases, sales enablement materials, market-facing content, and executive-ready communications.

    • A track record of generating qualified pipeline, shaping strategic pursuits, influencing revenue growth, and collaborating with partner sales teams and account leaders to advance commercial opportunities.

    • Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to establish credibility and alignment across technology partners, executives, field sellers, technical teams, marketing, and delivery professionals.

    • Working knowledge of enterprise AI adoption, including use-case identification, data readiness, governance, security, AI risk management, model evaluation, human-in-the-loop design, and business value measurement.

    • Experience developing or commercializing solutions related to generative AI strategy, AI agents, enterprise copilots, knowledge assistants, workflow automation, AI governance, or AI operating models.

    • Strong commercial judgment and strategic thinking, with the ability to identify high-value market opportunities and translate emerging technology capabilities into compelling business propositions.

    • Excellent communication and presentation skills, including the ability to explain complex AI, data, and business concepts to executive, commercial, and technical audiences.

    • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, with the ability to build processes and operating structures from the ground up, navigate ambiguity, and drive initiatives toward measurable outcomes.

    • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and maintain momentum across partnership initiatives.

    • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment while balancing strategic planning with hands-on execution.

    • Location requirement: Must be based in the United States and available for full-time remote work. Candidates based in the Atlanta area may also have the option to work from the organization's headquarters in Sandy Springs, Georgia.

    • Benefits:
