Assistant Director of Nursing

Qualifications
- Current, active, and unrestricted nursing license in the state of employment
- Current CPR and First Aid certification or ability to obtain as required by state regulations
- Knowledge of assisted living regulations and nursing practices
- Experience in assisted living, long-term care, or senior living preferred
- Knowledge of Alzheimer's disease, dementia care, and memory support services preferred
- Strong leadership, team building, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities
- Basic computer proficiency, including Microsoft Outlook and Word
- Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and work occasional varying shifts as needed
