Assistant Production Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist Production Supervisors in daily production management to ensure smooth execution of production plans.
• Monitor production progress and coordinate with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality teams to resolve shop floor issues.
• Support the analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs), including production efficiency, equipment utilization, and OEE, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in 5S, safety, and quality management activities on the production floor.
• Collect and analyze production data, and assist in preparing daily, weekly, and other operational reports.
• Participate in productivity improvement, cost reduction, and operational excellence projects.
• Assist in handling production abnormalities and follow up on the implementation and effectiveness of corrective actions.
• Complete other tasks and assignments as directed by the supervisor.
