This role is about more than moving luggage, it’s about creating trust, reassurance, and ease from the moment our guests arrive. As a Bellperson, you are the first impression and a steady presence throughout their journey. With a natural service orientation, attention to detail, and calm professionalism, you ensure that every guest interaction is smooth, thoughtful, and memorable.

What You'll De Doing

Guest Connection

• Warmly greet and farewell guests, assisting with luggage, transportation, and parking.
• Escort guests to rooms, introducing resort amenities and services with confidence and clarity.
• Provide accurate information and thoughtful recommendations on local wellness, culture, and adventure experiences.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, ensuring their comfort and convenience at every stage.

Operational Excellence

• Safely handle guest luggage, packages, and special belongings with care and discretion.
• Maintain an orderly, polished atmosphere in lobby and public areas.

Team & Culture

• Collaborate with Front Office and Concierge to deliver seamless guest journeys.
• Work steadily and reliably in both predictable and peak periods. .

Your experience and skills include:

• Service focused personality is essential; customer related experience an asset
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
• Must be available to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, overnights, weekends, holidays.
• Fluent in English

Physical Aspects of Position include but are not limited to the following:

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs
• Constant kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Frequent ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
