As a Big Data Team Leader, you'll lead the engineering efforts that power this vision, building highly scalable data platforms that sit at the heart of next-generation AI-driven automation.

What You'll Do

• Lead the design and development of high-performance, real-time data processing systems.

• Build and scale streaming pipelines handling millions of events daily.

• Drive architecture, reliability, observability, and performance across production environments.

• Collaborate with AI, backend, and platform teams to enable intelligent automation.

• Mentor engineers and promote engineering excellence, best practices, and technical innovation.

• Own services end-to-end, from development and deployment through monitoring and optimization.

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years of experience in Big Data, Backend, or Data Engineering.

• Strong Java development experience (Spring, Vert.x, or similar).

• Hands-on expertise with Kafka and streaming technologies such as Flink, Spark, Beam, or Kafka Streams.

• Experience building distributed systems, microservices, and cloud-native applications (AWS, Azure, or GCP).

• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, and operating production systems at scale.

• Experience with PostgreSQL, MySQL, Redis, and ClickHouse.

• Strong software design, object-oriented programming, and clean code practices.

• Leadership experience or a proven ability to drive technical initiatives and mentor others.

Nice to Have

• (NestJS/Express).

• Experience with AI-powered development tools such as GitHub Copilot or Cursor.

• Passion for emerging technologies, AI, and large-scale distributed systems.
