Business Analyst (Banking experience)

Summary
This role involves translating business needs into configurable solutions for financial services, focusing on client lifecycle management, KYC, and AML processes. The Business Analyst will configure systems, test solutions, and collaborate with teams in an Agile environment.
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join a high-impact transformation project with experience on Securities Services, Asset Management or wealth management (Private Banking).
The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring the smooth adoption and ongoing optimisation of the platform, working closely with business users, internal teams, and external vendors.
- Translate business requirements and functional specifications into configurable solutions.
- Design and maintain onboarding, KYC, AML, Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), and regulatory compliance processes.
- Perform solution configuration using best practices and standards.
- Develop and execute unit, system, and user acceptance testing activities.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects and Technical Leads on design decisions and implementation strategies.
- Participate in release planning, deployment activities, and post-production support.
- Create and maintain configuration documentation, process flows, and operational procedures.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and platform enhancements.
- Proven experience configuring solutions in financial services environments.
- Strong understanding of Client Lifecycle Management (CLM), KYC, AML, Customer Due Diligence (CDD), and regulatory onboarding processes.
- Experience configuring workflows, business rules, forms, data structures, and case management functionality within Fenergo.
- Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
