Cafe Assistant

We are looking for an experienced Cafe Assistant to join the team at Benugo - John Lewis Chelmsford.

Award-winning carbon neutral coffee, with freshly baked cakes, sandwiches and a variety of salads.

We Offer:

Rate: £12.71 per hour

Shifts: 5 days out of 7/ Mon- Fri/ Weekends

Contract: Part-Time Temporary: 10 hours per week (with the possibility of working up to 25 hours per week)

Start Date: As Soon As Possible

End Date: Mid-January 2027

About the Cafe Assistant role:

• Taking orders, serving food and drinks
• Ensuring the customers experience is maintained at all times to the highest standard
• Ensuring that food safety standards are followed at all times

Experience isn’t essential, as full training will be provided. However, a smile, dedication to exceeding customer expectations, and being a great team player are essential.
