CICS Technical Lead

Experience : 6 Years to 8 Years

Shift Timing : UK Shift
Mandatory Skill : COBOL, JCL, VSAM and CICS

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Mainframe Developer (CICS as major experience) with strong analytical and technical skills. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in mainframe technologies and be comfortable working in a shift-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, maintain, and support applications using CICS and VSAM
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Perform coding, testing, debugging, and implementation of mainframe applications
• Ensure high performance, reliability, and scalability of applications
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions
• Participate in production support and resolve issues within defined SLAs

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years of hands-on experience in CICS and VSAM
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Solid understanding of mainframe application development
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts

Good to Have Skills

• Experience in the Retail domain
• Exposure to Agile methodologies
• Experience working with services/APIs

B.E / B.Tech / M.E / M.Tech / MCA

Need candidates with 6 years of experience as expected by the customer. Should be willing to work in both Dev and Support.
