Location: Marlton, NJ (Greentree Area location)
Hours: Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week

What Action Plumbing Needs From You:
- Answer incoming phone calls and respond to emails professionally.
- Enter new work orders into the system for dispatch.
- Communicate with customers to answer questions and provide job status updates.
- Collaborate with all departments to support daily operations.
- Perform accurate data entry and maintain organized records.
- Assist with administrative tasks as needed to ensure efficient workflow.
Qualifications:
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Quick learner who adapts well to a fast-paced work environment.
- Dependable, friendly, and confident communication style.
- Excellent attention to detail and a strong memory.
- Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Action Plumbing determines compensation based on the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $22 $25/hr. Pay is based on a number of factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
