DATA ANALYST

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team in Navi Mumbai, India. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in transforming raw data into actionable insights that drive business decisions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement across various business areas.

• Collect, process, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using data visualization tools
• Conduct statistical analyses to identify trends and patterns in complex datasets
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions
• Develop and implement data quality controls to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses
• Create and maintain documentation of data processes and methodologies
• Assist in the development of predictive models and machine learning algorithms
• Present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analysis

• Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field
• 2-5 years of experience in data analysis or related field
• Proficiency in SQL and either Python or R for data manipulation and analysis
• Strong statistical analysis skills and experience with advanced Excel functions
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Proven track record of cleaning, preprocessing, and analyzing large datasets
• Understanding of business intelligence and data warehousing concepts
• Strong communication skills with the ability to present complex findings to diverse audiences
• Experience with machine learning algorithms is preferred
• Familiarity with industry-specific data trends and metrics is a plus
• Data analysis certifications (e.g., Google Data Analytics, IBM Data Analyst) are desirable
