FAIRMONT GOLD LOUNGE ATTENDANT

The Fairmont Gold Lounge Attendant is responsible for delivering exceptional and personalized service to Fairmont Gold guests by ensuring a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining impeccable presentation standards, and providing seamless food and beverage service throughout the day. The role plays a key part in creating memorable guest experiences while upholding the hotel's luxury service standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Anticipate guest needs and provide personalized service exceeding expectations.
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service.
• Prepare and set up breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, and refreshments according to brand standards.
• Serve food and beverages efficiently while maintaining luxury hospitality etiquette.
• Perform guest check-in and check-out efficiently and accurately in accordance with hotel standards.
• Respond promptly to guest requests, including transportation, restaurant reservations, wake-up calls, and concierge-related assistance.
• Maintain a high level of guest satisfaction through attentive and proactive service.

• Previous experience in customer service is desirable.

• Experience as a waiter or assistant waiter in a restaurant is an advantage.

• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Russian is an advantage.

• Ability to understand guests’ needs, meet their expectations, and ensure a high standard of service.

• Ability to collaborate with colleagues and work effectively as part of a team.

• Ability to remain calm in challenging situations, make sound decisions, and resolve problems professionally.

• Be reliable, disciplined, and able to complete assigned tasks on time.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and pay close attention to detail.

• Ability to maintain service quality in a fast-paced and high-pressure work environment.

• Flexibility to work different hours and shifts.

• Maintain a professional appearance and demonstrate conduct in line with the hotel’s luxury service standards.

• Knowledge of Microsoft Windows applications is an advantage.
