Forward Deployed Product Manager
Summary
This role involves owning customer AI deployments end-to-end, from scoping to tuning, for an enterprise AI company. You will manage customer outcomes, work with engineers on AI agent design, and serve as the main customer contact.
Location: Remote (US)
Pay: $160,000–$220,000 + bonus + equity
A late-stage, venture-backed enterprise AI company needs a PM who works in the field. You own the outcome for each customer's AI deployment, from scoping before the deal closes to tuning after launch.
What you'll do
Own customer outcomes and the metrics that prove them
Run deployments end to end with forward deployed engineers
Design, test and refine AI agents with the team
Be the main customer contact and run working sessions
Improve the playbook every deployment follows
What you bring
5+ years, including complex customer deployments
Comfortable owning senior stakeholders
Technical, systems-level thinking, with hands-on agent building (side projects count)
Bias to action in unclear situations
Travel about 10 to 15%
Nice to have: product, conversation design or forward deployed engineering background; time at a high-growth SaaS company
