Founding Product Engineer
About the Role
Join an early-stage B2B software team building an AI-powered regulatory and product compliance platform for manufacturers and retailers. You will turn the product roadmap into useful, reliable features by working closely with engineers and users.
What You'll Do
Build and ship product features that deliver measurable value to users.
Speak directly with users and use their needs to shape and refine the product roadmap.
Maintain, refactor, and scale the codebase as the product evolves.
What We're Looking For
Experience shipping software products to end users.
Technical work experience or a strong academic background in computer science or a related field.
A user-focused product mindset and the ability to identify common needs across customers.
Comfort using AI agents as part of your everyday engineering workflow.
Experience with technologies such as TypeScript, React, Python, FastAPI, PostgreSQL, Supabase, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Fluency in German and English.
Early-stage startup, B2B SaaS, LegalTech, RegTech, or AI/ML experience is helpful.
An entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-moving environment.
Compensation & Benefits
Annual salary: €65,000 to €75,000. Visa sponsorship is not available.
Location
Hybrid, based in Munich, Germany, with an expectation of four days per week in the office.
