Front Desk Agent - Solaris Residences
Be the welcoming face of luxury at Solaris Residences in the heart of Vail, Colorado!
We’re looking for a Front Desk Agent who shines in a fast-paced, guest-centered setting. As the first point of contact for owners and guests, you’ll handle requests, solve problems, and deliver seamless support before, during, and after each stay. Duties Include:
- Answer and return all incoming calls promptly and professionally
- Manage guest and owner check-in and check-out processes
- Ensure billing accuracy and efficiently process all transactions
- Communicate clearly with other departments via radio and phone
- Handle reservation inquiries and availability requests
- Coordinate with outside vendors, contractors, and realtors as needed
Location: Solaris Residences – Vail, CO
Start Date: ASAP
Employment Status: Full Time, Year Round
Pay Rate: $24/hr, reservation commissions are possible
Schedule: 7am-3pm or 3pm-11pm, 5 days/week
Job Closing Date: 11/30/2026 or when filled
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring strong communication, time management, and organizational skills to the role, along with a professional demeanor and the ability to maintain composure in a fast-paced environment. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, along with at least one year of experience in hospitality or a similar field. Proficiency with computers and Microsoft Office applications is essential, as are basic math and writing skills to support accurate transactions and effective communication.
