Front Desk Receptionist | Saltz Plastic Surgery

What You'll Do

• Deliver a five-star patient experience by warmly welcoming patients, answering calls, managing inquiries, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, polished, and professional.
• Build patient relationships and promote VIP memberships by educating patients on membership benefits, treatment packages, promotions, and loyalty programs while supporting enrollments and ongoing engagement.
• Coordinate appointments and patient flow by managing schedules, check-in and check-out, processing payments, and ensuring smooth daily front desk operations.
• Maintain an organized and efficient environment by accurately managing patient information, invoices, reward points, inventory support, and administrative tasks across multiple computer systems.
• Collaborate with the team by anticipating patient needs, communicating important updates, supporting daily operations, and contributing to a positive and professional workplace.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in luxury hospitality, customer service, another client-facing environment. Experience with membership programs or loyalty-based sales is a plus.
• A bubbly, outgoing, and polished personality with excellent communication skills and a natural ability to make patients feel special.
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and computer skills, with exceptional attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, dependable team player who takes initiative, solves problems, and maintains a positive, professional attitude.
• Flexible availability and reliable transportation year-round, including during winter weather, to work between our Salt Lake City and Park City locations.

This is a dedicated, non-clinical position focused on patient relationships, front desk operations, and exceptional service.
