Front Office - Internship

The Opportunity

We are looking for an enthusiastic & passionate Front Office Intern to join our team at Banyan Tree Dubai.

This is an exciting opportunity for hospitality students looking to gain hands-on experience in a luxury hotel environment, develop their guest service skills & discover the art of creating exceptional guest experiences.

Working alongside our experienced Front Office team, you will gain valuable exposure to daily hotel operations, guest relations & the personalised service that defines luxury hospitality.

What You'll Be Doing

• Welcome guests warmly & assist in creating memorable arrival and departure experiences.

• Support the Front Office team with daily operations, including guest check-ins, check-outs & enquiries.

• Learn & apply luxury hospitality service standards while delivering personalised guest experiences.

• Assist with guest requests, providing accurate information about hotel facilities, services & local attractions.

• Gain exposure to Front Desk, Guest Relations, Concierge & other Front Office functions.

• Develop an understanding of hotel reservation systems, guest profiles & operational procedures.

• Work collaboratively with colleagues across departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.

• Handle guest information with professionalism, discretion & confidentiality.

• Participate in training & development opportunities throughout your internship.

Who We're Looking For

• Currently pursuing a diploma or degree in Culinary Arts, Culinary Management, Hospitality Management or a related field.

• A genuine passion for cooking, food preparation & the culinary arts.

• A positive attitude, willingness to learn & enthusiasm for working in a professional kitchen.

• Basic knowledge of culinary techniques, ingredients & food safety practices would be an advantage.

• Good communication skills in English.

• A team player who enjoys working in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

• Creativity, attention to detail & a willingness to explore different cuisines & cooking techniques.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment while maintaining high standards of quality & hygiene.

• Previous culinary or kitchen experience is an advantage but not essential.
