Where is the work:

On-Site (5 days)

Position Summary:

Drive a winning culture through respect for people.

Essential Functions:

· Assists project manager in tracking overall project timing for to ensure on-time delivery of Engineering deliverables to internal and external customers.

· Assists project manager in leading regular cross-functional Engineering activities (open issues meetings, etc.).

· Assists project manager with cross-functional issue resolution activities to resolution.

· Assists project manager in disseminating formal reports and summary presentations.

· Assists processing periodic internal management sign-off reviews.

Qualifications and Requirements:

· Must have High School diploma or equivalent; Associates or Bachelors degree preferred.

· A minimum of one (1) year of supporting shop floor computer systems.

· Preferred knowledge of MES systems, Apriso, Next Gen PLM, part verification systems, Oracle or Apex.

· Networking systems knowledge is a plus.

· Demonstrated leadership skills, including the ability to lead by example and positively influence and inspire others to meet goals.

· Demonstrated ability to communicate goals, strategy and vision, address and resolve difficult issues, work effectively in a team environment and lead with little direct supervision.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Word, and Excel.

· Must have the flexibility to work more than 40 hours per week and on weekends as needed.

· Prior work history and experience at Trane and other employers will be considered.

· Knowledge of IT/OT configurations is a plus.
