Typical Accountabilities
- Standard site contracting process (CSA / CRC / ICD review & execution)
- Site budget development aligned with Fair Market Value (FMV) principles
- Basic legal/cost negotiation with sites
- Alignment with client SOP / legal templates
- Coordination with CTM / Legal / study team
Education, Qualifications, Skills and Experience
- Legal Background
- Prefer MS Degree
- At least >3 years Clinical Trial Site Contracting Experience
- Excellent Communication skill, Writing and PPT
