We are announcing the following vacancy:

Junior AI Filmmaker

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality visuals for AI-generated and hybrid film and television projects, including concept art, environments, characters, keyframes, and cinematic shots.
• Use AI tools to accelerate worldbuilding, character and environment design, while maintaining a high aesthetic standards.
• Work across live-action, editorial, VFX, and AI-generated workflows to support seamless execution.
• Help determine the best production approach for specific scenes (fully AI-generated, hybrid live-action + AI, or traditional VFX).
• Maintain high standards for composition, lighting, texture, realism, and cinematic polish while ensuring consistency in character appearance, wardrobe, locations, tone, and visual language
• Ensure creative goals remain achievable within schedule, budget, and technical constraints.

Requirements:

• Strong background or professional understanding of traditional film production in one or more of the following areas: 3D/VFX artistry, directing, video editing, line producing, or post-production.
• Hands-on experience with traditional industry software such as 3ds Max, After Effects, Adobe Photoshop, Premiere Pro or similar software.
• Hands-on experience using generative AI tools or AI-assisted workflows (e.g., Seedance 2.5, Kling 3.0, WAN 3.0, or similar) in a creative setting.
• Strong visual taste and an advanced understanding of cinematic composition, lighting, mood, and design.
• Portfolio and video showreel: please submit a portfolio and a video showreel demonstrating high-quality visual work in traditional filmmaking, VFX, and/or AI-assisted pieces.
