Job Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Data operations management
  • Make sure the data platforms and processes are running well, both in data collection and integration
  • Monitor and manage data quality processes and data integration
  • Responsible for the quality and security of data
  • Ensure the quality of service; responsible for user support and help desk.
  • Troubleshooting
  • Iron technical issues and/or help in technical improvement, cascade to development teams
  • User interface web application development

• Team management
  • Coach, guide and support the team of data operations specialists
  • Motivate and create great place for people to work
  • Develop team effectiveness

Education & Languages

Master’s degree in computer science, engineering or related technical field
