Junior SEA Manager (m/f/d)

For our Performance Marketing team in Düsseldorf, we are looking for a data-driven Junior SEA Manager (m/f/d) who is ready to take our performance marketing strategy to the next level. Your Responsibilities

• You independently manage the planning, execution, and optimization of our SEA campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising, with a clear focus on CPA, ROAS, and CLTV
• You develop data-driven campaign strategies and scale them across bidding, campaign architecture, audience segmentation, and ad copy
• You actively drive automation and the use of AI, from Google Ads Scripts and n8n workflows to AI-powered processes using Claude Code and Python
• You create meaningful performance analyses and forecasts and translate your findings into clear, actionable recommendations for management
• You collaborate closely with international teams across Online Marketing, Analytics, Product, and Tech and drive cross-functional projects forward

• You have a degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Administration, Economics, or a comparable qualification
• You have gained initial professional experience in in-house SEA/Paid Search
• You have a solid understanding of bidding strategies, campaign architectures, and Quality Score factors in Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising
• You actively work with AI tools such as Claude, ChatGPT, or Gemini and use automation effectively, whether through Google Ads Scripts, Python, or tools such as n8n
• You are confident using analytics and BI tools such as GA4, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, or Looker, and independently turn data into informed decisions
• You have an analytical mindset, work independently, and are fluent in English, German is a plus
